This blog was partly activated due to the annoying number of 'fan videos' on YouTube and other web video services. It is still difficult to find the official music videos on the gigantic video spaces today, since they are lost in a vast sea of mostly horrible and often illegal private takes on a song. This blog only posts (as official as humanly possible) music videos, which is not only important, when it comes to quality of service, but usually also means that the artists get payed!.

Until now, that is. When I checked my feed reader this morning, I noticed a link from my blog-soulmate Kanye West (his blog is similar to my personal blog[-system]: a lot of music, a lot of architecture and design). He was buzzing about the Brooklyn darlings Grizzly Bear, and with all the fuss around Jay-Z* and P. Diddy discovering indie music, I had to dig in, only to find a fan video of their latest single, Two Weeks.

This fan video (made by Gabe Askew), however, is a piece of art!
